Sapphiron's Frost Aura Hotfixed

Anyone that did Sapphiron last week on 10 man was seeing your group being decimated before you hit 50%. I know our 10 man had to wear full 25 man FR gear for the first time ever in 10 man because of this bug and add a third healer. Happy to see it fixed.
- it was applying 1200 Frost Damage every 0.7 seconds according to our combat log.
