How geared is your offspec, and how willing are you to play it?
350, very willing to play it

Provide a link to a world of logs (or similar) session. If you dont have access to this, a screenshot of a raid boss fight or 2mins on a heroic dummy showing detailed recount will do.

For 10-mans (where there is less competition on gear), for items that multiple people can use, the item is /roll'd on for main spec, with priority going to the person who has received the least for the week (weekly round-robin).

Hey, thanks for the app. As with pixel sorry we've been slow getting back to you.

Your gear is a bit behind what we're looking for in a tank at this time, but of course sometimes player skill can help mitigate a lack of gear, so in that light I'd still be interested in seeing how you do in raid. The other slight problem is that your offspec is holy, and in a raid situation as a tank you'd be looked onto to dps on single tank fights rather than heal (as there will already be 3 healers, one of which is a paladin). Do you have a ret set?

In the meantime with your actual gearing don't forget that mastery is a paladin's strongest stat and consider swapping out your cheap gems to rare ones, and your solid chimaera's eyes to fractured instead (67 mastery). And obviously grind that rep, the boots from dragonmaw and belt and cloak from hyjal are important to have.
