There seems to be a bug with BG queues. I can't exactly make out what the deal is but some of you have seen th emin 5 avg queue take 30-40 minutes.

I have found that if i am waiting for more than a few minutes and i drop and requeue i usaulyl get in the bg in 2-4 minutes.
