I expect organization (for the most part) and leadership. I will offer dedication and respect.

How many nights per week would you ideally like to raid?1-2


Our heroic raids run from 9-12 PM server time on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday evenings. Individuals accepted with interest in becoming a Raider are expected to demonstrate and maintain an extremely high percentage of raid attendance. What is your availability for those hours?Not very availiable. I may make one or two a week.


Do you have a working headset and are able to both listen and reply in Ventrilo during raids? (Note, this is an absolute requirement for raid membership.)I have ventrillo, but no microphone.


What are your thoughts on applications which modify the user interface (“mods”)?
I use the simple addons, such as bartender, healbot, omen, threat meter, Xperl, and quartz.

Our minimum mod requirements for raiding include Deadly Boss Mods, Omen and Decursive (for most classes). Your class officer will also provide class-specific mod requirements and macros to facilitate your gameplay. Do you have any problem loading and keeping these applications up to date, and do you think your computer will run smoothly with them installed?Yes.


What is your previous raiding experience?I have raided through BC (on a sperate account), and have gone through most of the WotLK raids.


For classes with two or three potential roles (tanking, healing, killing things), what is your offspec of choice, how would you rate your gearing level for that spec, and how high is your interest level in raiding as that spec if it helps the group progress?
Main Spec: holy- I can do all raids as holy (maybe not ICC25 depending on standards) comfortably
Off Spec: Protection- Mediocre; con only do up to ToC10

For damage-dealing roles, if the above is not available, what would you estimate your damage-per-second to be currently on a lvl 83 raid boss? (Recount is an excellent mod for collecting this sort of information live in-game.)


We use a modified “almost-zero-sum DKP” loot distribution system. You can view the write-up on this policy on our forum. What do you think of this method of loot distribution?I've experienced it and i think its's fine.

I'll vouch for his healing capabilities. I asked him to push hard in our ICC 10m Friday night, cause his gearscore was rather low for it. Only about 2600, I believe. For those with GS addon he was about 4800.

He did really well. Surprisingly well actually!

I must say, I didn't realize he was only 16. I'll leave that in the officer's hands. Tho, he was quiet, polite, and asked questions when he didn't understand what was going on. A capable raider IMO. I would worry about parent-aggro, during our raid times.....

As for the parent aggro issue,
Weekends: parents don't care if i stay up late fridays and saturdays. wont be an issue.
Weekdays: I can maybe do 1 or 2 raids during the weekday if they start late enough. Especially ToC, which is a pretty quick raid.

So what Im reading is basically your a weekend healer only? And when you say depends on how late they start, how late does it need to be? We cant have someone in the raid that is going to surprise DC because the parents walked in and pulled the plug.

On weekends, i can usually go as late as i need to, within reason of sleep. During weekdays, probably starting at 930 will be best. I cant go that late though, maybe until 11:30 or 12.

Are you sure you want to be in this guild because we are a 25 man raiding guild. 10s are set up adhoc by different people and you may or may not get a spot. It seems like you have greatly impressed one of the people (Tsuul) who is a raid leader for one of the 10s group on the weekend :-), so you may have a spot with her group. I just want to make sure you know what kind of guild we are before you want to join us.

Crazy is right this guild is about 25mans and eating babys. But we don't tell people that part O.o
